I help leaders and teams grow: achieve goals, master tasks, develop skills, solve problems, overcome hurdles, resolve resistance, make decisions and improve relationships. I work as a “Systemic Business Coach” based on the “Code of Ethics” of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and as a consultant in which I contribute my own experience.

Seminars

My seminars are aimed at people who want to grow. People who want to realise their full potential.

I offer seminars as interactive online training or as face-to-face training. The seminars provide impulses, new perspectives, space for interaction, reflection and experience through application.

Growth mindset culture

From a “we know everything” to a “we learn” everything culture.

I help organizations to promote a “growth mindset” and build methodological competence in order to integrate the creative potential of employees for improvement and innovation into thinking, feeling and working together. Building on a “growth mindset” culture, methods such as agile, LEAN, networking or AI are used depending on the situation to achieve previously defined goals.
